Juzo Move AT Compression Tights (Pantyhose)

The Juzo Move AT is a medical compression pantyhose built around one idea: making daily wear effortless. Its patented slide knit technology and enlarged heel let the tights glide on smoothly, so they suit anyone who finds compression hard to manage, has less hand strength than before, or is wearing compression for the first time. Despite how easily they go on, the strong knitted fabric delivers firm, effective working pressure exactly where venous therapy needs it.

As a full length garment, the Move AT gives graduated compression across the foot, calf and thigh in a single piece, with no hold up top or band on the leg, so there is nothing to slip or roll and nothing digging in at the thigh. The compression is in the legs, where venous therapy is needed, while the body part sits as a comfortable, non compressive fit at the waist and abdomen. For many women this is the easiest length to live with, giving complete leg coverage that stays neatly in place all day.

Comfort holds up through all day wear. A high microfibre content regulates temperature and feels soft and pleasant on the skin, a real advantage in the UAE climate, while a unique functional zone across the instep reduces constriction and pressure points. The fabric is opaque, elegant and durable, keeping its shape and support wash after wash. On the open toe version, a specially engineered border holds its shape and will not roll down.

Made in Germany to Juzo's highest standards, the Move AT is free of plasticisers, Oeko Tex certified and finished with hand made seams for an anatomical, comfortable fit.

How to wear it

Put the tights on first thing in the morning, when swelling is lowest. Gather the leg down to the foot, ease it over the heel and work the fabric up the leg evenly, then bring the body part up to the waist. A donning aid or textured gloves make this easier, and our fitters can show you the technique. Wear them through the day and remove them at night, unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Important

The Move AT gives graduated medical compression in the legs. The body part is a comfortable, non compressive fit and does not apply abdominal compression, so if you need support at the abdomen your fitter can advise on a different garment.
