Important Notice:
Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions are only made for defective, damaged, or incorrect-size items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchanges & Replacements
We will gladly assist you with an exchange or replacement if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You received the wrong size (exchange only).
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused.
- Must remain in original packaging.
- Must be in the exact condition as received.
Refund Process
Refunds are only available for products that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
*If the refund is due to our error (defective product), return shipping will not be deducted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Report within 24 Hours
Contact us immediately after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the defect/size issue.
Wait for Assessment
Our team will review your request. Do not ship the item back until you receive approval instructions.
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the return, we inspect it. If approved, we process your exchange or refund instantly.
