Return & Refund Policy – Healfit UAE

At Healfit, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect-size items reported within 24 hours of delivery.


1. Exchanges and Defective/Damaged Products

 

We will gladly assist you with an exchange or replacement if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong size (exchange only)

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused

  • Must remain in original packaging

  • Must be in the same condition as received

 

How to Request an Exchange or Report a Defect:

  1. Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery at info@healfit.ae or +971 44495097. Include your order number, product details, and reason.

  2. Assessment – Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

  3. Inspection – Once we receive the product (for size exchanges), we will inspect it and confirm approval for exchange or replacement.


2. Refunds

 

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products upon delivery.

  • Processing Time – Up to 14 working days from submission of all required documents.

  • Payment Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).

  • Shipping Costs – Non-refundable. If the refund is approved due to a defective/damaged product, return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.


3. Medical & Hygiene Product Policy

 

Because our products are medical-grade and personal in nature:

  • All sales are final unless defective/damaged or exchanged for an incorrect size.

  • Size exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary).

  2. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@healfit.ae.
