Revised Return and Refund Policy

 

At Healfit, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase. However, due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If your product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you need to exchange it for a different size, we are here to assist you within the guidelines outlined below.

 

Exchanges and Defective/Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. To qualify for an exchange or replacement, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Remain in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as when it was received
  •  

Steps to Request an Exchange or Report a Damaged Product:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@healfit.ae or call +971 44495097 within 24 hours of receipt. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the request is approved.
  3. Inspection: Once the returned product (in case of an exchange) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your exchange or replacement.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products upon delivery. If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take up to 14 working days after all required documents are submitted.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For approved refunds due to defective or damaged products, return shipping costs will not be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed directly to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

 

Medical and Hygiene Products

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted except for exchanges due to incorrect sizes or claims for defective/damaged items, which must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
