Standard Rates
- Free Delivery: For all orders above AED 500.
- Under AED 500: Express delivery fee applies (calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in Dubai Only.
An extra service fee of AED 20 applies to all COD orders.
Custom Made & Pre-Order Items
Some medical garments are marked as Custom Made or Pre-Order. These items have different lead times depending on production and availability.

Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address? Please do so before dispatch.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, address changes may cause delays and incur extra charges.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If our partner cannot access your location or contact you, a re-delivery fee may apply.

- 30-Day Guarantee: Except for custom items, if we cannot deliver within 30 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
