At Healfit, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. We offer same day delivery within Dubai and express shipping across the UAE for all our products, medical compression garments, compression stockings, lymph therapy products, skin cares and accessories.
1. Delivery Coverage & Partners
We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Our trusted delivery partners ensure safe and timely delivery, with same day courier service for Dubai and express options for other Emirates.
2. Free Delivery for Orders Over AED 500
Free delivery across the UAE (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates) for orders above AED 500.
Orders below AED 500: Express delivery fee applies (calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) in Dubai: AED 20 extar fee.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Dubai: Same day delivery for orders above AED 500 if placed before 5:00 pm.
Other Emirates: Delivery within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Pre Orders & Custom Mades
If an item is marked as Custom Made or Pre Order, please contact our sales team via info@healfit.ae for estimated delivery dates. Pre order lead times vary depending on product availability, production time, etc.
5. Delivery Times & Delays
We strive to meet all delivery timelines; however:
Delivery times start from the moment your order confirmation is issued.
During sales events, UAE public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer.
Exept for custom made items, if we are unable to deliver within 30 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If our delivery team is unable to access your address or contact you, a re delivery fee may apply.
Healfit is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability or access restrictions.
7. Address Changes & Tracking
Address changes are possible before dispatch.
Once your order has left our warehouse, address changes may delay delivery and incur extra charges.

8. Non Returnable Policy
All items are final and non returnable unless faulty or defective, in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
