A timeless, long-established design, the Basic pairs a seamless, opaque knit with an excellent anatomical fit. A silicone hold-up top keeps the thigh-high stocking securely in place through the day without slipping, while the strong, hard-wearing fabric holds its shape and support wash after wash. Because it is opaque, it keeps a neat, everyday appearance on the leg.

Made in Germany to Juzo's highest standards, the Basic is silicone-free in the knit, free of plasticisers, Oeko-Tex certified and finished with hand-made seams for lasting comfort. Available in compression class 1 or 2, thigh-high length, with your choice of open or closed toe.

How to wear it

Put the stocking on in the morning when swelling is lowest, and wear it through the day, removing it at night unless your doctor advises otherwise. Make sure the silicone top sits flat and comfortably against the skin, without rolling. The correct compression class should be confirmed by a specialist. Replace every six months or so, as compression naturally fades with wear and washing.

Compression stockings are a medical device, and the right compression class and size matter for both safety and results. Thigh-high stockings also need an accurate thigh measurement for the hold-up top to grip correctly, so a proper fitting is especially important. If you are new to compression, have reduced circulation, or are unsure of your size, book a fitting with our certified specialist in Dubai before ordering. The Basic is available in compression class 1 and 2; if you have been prescribed a higher class, ask us about the Juzo Move or a custom-made option.

Care Instructions

Wash daily where possible on a gentle cycle at 40°C. Do not use fabric softener. Wipe the silicone band with a damp cloth if it loses grip, and air dry away from direct heat.
