Medical-grade arm compression sleeves to facilitate healing after brachioplasty, liposuction, or for localized swelling management. Shipped fast across the UAE.
These sleeves apply graduated compression along the arm to control post-surgical swelling, support the skin and improve comfort during recovery. Seamless knit and a snug, even fit make them easy to wear under clothing throughout the day.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are post-surgical arm compression sleeves and what are they used for?
They are close-fitting sleeves that apply graduated compression along the arm, firmer lower down and easing towards the shoulder, to help control swelling and support the skin during recovery. The sleeves in this category, REV.200 and REV.201 by Revee Italy, are made for the period after an arm lift (brachioplasty) or arm liposuction, as part of a recovery plan advised by your surgeon. The seamless knit sits evenly against the skin so the garment can be worn under clothing through the day.
What is the difference between the REV.200 and the REV.201 Revee Sleeve?
Both are bolero-style garments where the two sleeves are joined across the back so they hold each other in place instead of sliding down the arm. The REV.200 has a double forearm adjustment designed to avoid a tourniquet effect at the wrist end. The REV.201 adds a front closure with one strap above and one below the bust, anchoring the garment around the chest so the sleeves cannot slip or rotate, and giving extra chest and back coverage. Your surgeon or our fitting specialist can advise which construction suits your procedure.
How many hours a day should I wear the sleeve, and for how many weeks?
That is set by the surgeon who performed the procedure, since wear time after an arm lift or liposuction depends on the operation and on how you are healing. Follow the schedule you were given at your post-operative appointment rather than a general rule. If the garment feels too tight, digs in, or leaves marks that do not settle, stop wearing it and speak to your surgeon, and contact us so we can look at the fit.
How do I get the right size, and can I be measured in Dubai?
Arm garments are sized on measurements, not on your usual clothing size, so we recommend a fitting rather than guessing. You can book an appointment at our clinic at 610 Clover Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai (30-45 minutes), a home visit in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (45-60 minutes), or a guided video consultation (20-30 minutes); in-clinic and virtual fittings are free when the garment is bought from us, and a home visit may carry a travel fee that a colleague confirms when booking. Wear loose clothing that gives easy access to the arm. Our fitting specialists are certified in medical compression therapy and trained by Juzo in Germany.
How do I wash a compression sleeve, and how long does it last?
Machine wash at 40 C on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag, using a detergent made for compression garments. Never use fabric softener, a tumble dryer or an iron, because heat and softener break down the elastic fibres and the compression goes with them. A medical compression garment typically holds its compression for about 4 to 6 months of daily wear, so replacing roughly every six months is normal; many people keep a second garment so one can be worn while the other dries.
