Overview

Women's Liposuction Compression Garments

After liposuction, your body needs steady, even pressure to settle. In the first weeks, treated areas swell, fluid gathers under the skin, and tissue that has been loosened needs to be held firmly against the body so it heals in its new shape. A well-fitted liposuction compression garment does that work for you, reducing swelling and bruising, easing discomfort as you move, and supporting a smoother final contour.

Healfit offers a full range of women's liposuction garments from Revee Italy, made in soft, breathable, latex-free fabric that stays comfortable in the UAE climate. The range covers every common treatment area, from the abdomen and flanks to the hips, buttocks, and full leg, in several lengths and coverage levels so your garment matches exactly where you were treated. Whether you are early in recovery and need gentle first-stage support, or ready for firmer second-stage compression to refine your result, there is a garment built for that phase.

Not sure which length or compression level is right? Our certified fitters in Dubai help you choose, with home visits available across the Emirates.

What's in this range

Every garment here is medical-grade post-surgical compression, designed for recovery rather than everyday shapewear. What separates one from another is coverage and stage:

Coverage: how much of the body the garment holds, from abdomen-only shorts up to a full-length bodysuit reaching the ankle. Closure and openings: side or front closures for easier donning, and openings positioned for hygiene and for post-op drainage. Stage: softer, more forgiving compression for the first days after surgery, firmer compression for the weeks that follow.

Because liposuction is often combined across several areas in one procedure, many patients need coverage that spans the torso and legs together. The 360 bodysuits and under-bust to ankle garments are built for exactly that, giving uniform all-round pressure in a single garment.

Getting the fit and timing right

Choosing the correct garment comes down to three things: where you were treated, how far into recovery you are, and the compression level your surgeon recommends. Most surgeons advise wearing a garment almost continuously in the early weeks, then reducing over time as swelling settles. Because post-operative oedema changes your measurements week to week, a garment fitted to your body, rather than guessed from a size chart, makes a real difference to comfort and to your result.

Care is simple: gentle wash at 40 degrees, no tumble drying, no ironing, and no bleach, which keeps the fabric's compression intact.

Our products are Rafed-registered. Your treating hospital or clinic can request them under your insurance plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I wear a compression garment after liposuction?
Most surgeons recommend wearing your garment almost continuously for the first two to three weeks, then for several hours a day over the following weeks as swelling settles. Exact timing depends on your procedure and your surgeon's advice, but consistent early wear has the biggest effect on comfort and final shape. The best recommendation is 4-8 weeks.
What is the difference between first-stage and second-stage liposuction garments?
First-stage garments use more moderate compression and easy openings for the swollen, tender days right after surgery. Second-stage garments apply more firmer, more even pressure to refine your contour once initial swelling has eased, usually from around week two to six. Many patients move from one to the other during recovery. This is also very common that when a patient is happy with their garment they usually get one smaller size for the stage 2.
Which liposuction garment do I need if I had my abdomen and thighs treated?
A garment covering under-bust to knee, or under-bust to ankle for full-leg work, gives continuous pressure across both the abdomen and thighs in one piece. A 360 bodysuit is ideal when several areas are treated together, as it delivers uniform all-round compression. A fitting confirms the exact coverage.
Do liposuction compression garments help reduce swelling and bruising?
Yes. Even, medical-grade compression limits fluid build-up in treated areas, which reduces swelling and bruising and helps the skin settle smoothly against the new contour. It also supports the tissue as you move, easing discomfort during recovery. This is why surgeons consider a garment an essential part of aftercare.
