Lipedema and lymphedema of the legs need compression that covers the whole limb, not just the calf, and that is comfortable enough to be worn through a normal day. That is what this range is for: leggings, tights and bermuda panties that hold an even pressure gradient from the waist or thigh down, so swelling is controlled while you walk, work and sleep.

Which one suits you

Seamless leggings and bermuda panties (Juzo Classic Seamless BT, FT for women and FT for men) are knitted in one piece with no seams to rub, which makes them a comfortable first step for early-stage swelling. Flat-adjustable tights (Juzo Dynamic AT, open or closed crotch) are the robust choice for firmer, full-leg therapy, with a width-adjustable waistband and an open-crotch option for practical toileting. Post-surgical leggings (Revée Lipo) extend over the foot and are shaped for recovery after liposuction of the legs.

Getting the compression right

Compression class, length and fit decide whether a garment helps or simply feels tight, and leg measurements change as swelling settles, so they are worth taking properly rather than reading off a size chart. If your swelling is advanced, has changed the shape of the limb, or involves fibrotic tissue, a custom flat-knit garment may suit you better than a ready-made size.
