This full-leg compression garment by Revee Italy extends down the entire leg to the foot, and is one of the few garments purpose-designed for recovery after lipedema (also spelled lipoedema) liposuction. Developed according to the indications of plastic surgeon Dr. Agostino Bruno of Rome, its cut accounts for the specific needs of lipedema patients, with specially modified hems at the top and base of the legs and gentle pressure at the back of the ankle, where liposuction is typically most intensive.
Steady, even compression helps contain swelling and bruising while allowing the tissues to settle gradually, supporting smoother, more even healing across the full length of the leg. The shiny inner face of the fabric helps the garment slide on easily, a hygienic opening keeps it practical for day and night wear, and the latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against the skin. Many patients find it a comfortable companion beyond the immediate post-operative phase.
It is also suitable after liposuction of the buttocks, hips, thighs, knees or calves, and for post-operative support in patients with lymphatic conditions of the lower limbs. Classified as a medical device and made in Italy.

How to wear it
Your surgeon will take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients continue wearing it for comfort beyond the initial recovery period. Always follow the schedule your surgeon or clinician recommends.
Important
If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression. For long-term daily lipedema management after recovery, a custom-made flat-knit garment is the clinical standard. Speak to our specialist in Dubai to confirm the right option for your stage.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
