The Revee gynecomastia compression vest is designed for men recovering from gynecomastia (male chest reduction) surgery and male pectoral repair. It delivers firm, targeted compression across the chest, which is essential in the first weeks after surgery to contain swelling and bruising, hold the tissues in place, and support a flatter, more even chest contour as you heal.

Developed in collaboration with Prof. Ilaria Baldelli, a researcher in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the University of Genoa, the vest combines effective medical compression with genuine wearing comfort. A double-layer support panel across the chest provides the correct restraint during the critical healing phase, helping prevent fluid build-up and supporting the best possible surgical outcome. It is also suitable after Poland syndrome surgery.

The vest closes with a front hook fastening and adjustable Velcro shoulder straps, so you can set the compression level precisely and adjust it as swelling reduces. How to wear it

Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Use the front hooks and shoulder straps to adjust the fit as swelling reduces. Many patients keep a second vest of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
