This full-length compression garment by Revée Italy runs from under the bust to the ankles, covering the abdomen and the whole length of both legs. It is the longest of the three in this line, made for recovery after liposuction that included the calves and lower legs as well as the abdomen and thighs.
Support runs front, back and lateral, with the full-leg cut keeping pressure continuous rather than stopping at a seam above the treated area — which is why lower-leg work needs this length rather than the knee or below-knee versions. If your back was treated as part of circumferential (360) liposuction, the full-leg 360 bodysuit adds a raised back panel. It also suits recovery after abdominoplasty and abdominal lipostructure.
A triple section of front hooks lets you fine-tune compression as swelling changes, and adjustable removable straps, Easy Slide fabric and a wide hygienic opening keep it practical for all-day and overnight wear. The latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against the skin. Classified as a medical device and made in Italy.

How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
Sizing is based on your body measurements taken before surgery, since your silhouette volume stays similar afterwards. The thigh and mid-thigh measurements matter most for this garment. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression. Always confirm fit and wear time with your treating surgeon.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove
