Adjustable compression for the foot
The Juzo ACS Light foot wrap is an adjustable compression system for the foot and forefoot, the area where lymphatic swelling often collects and where a standard garment is hardest to fit well. Designed for the decongestion phase of lymphedema therapy and for ongoing management, it uses short-stretch material closed with Velcro fasteners, so you can set the exact compression the foot needs and re-adjust it through the day as swelling reduces. It provides high working pressure with low resting pressure, the ideal profile for reducing lymphatic swelling.
Best worn with the calf wrap
For the best result, the foot wrap is usually combined with the ACS Light calf wrap, giving continuous compression from the toes up to below the knee and preventing swelling from being pushed down into the foot. Together they form the base of the ACS Light leg system, which can be extended with the knee and thigh wraps for whole-leg coverage. The especially wear-resistant material can be worn day and night, and the wrap is easy to apply yourself, even with limited mobility or strength.
Sizes, lengths and colours
The foot wrap is available in standard sizes 1 to 5 (XS to XL), in normal and long lengths, and in Beige or Black. Because the fit is essential to how the compression works, measurements should be taken by a trained specialist.
Recommended for
- Lymphedema of the foot and forefoot, during and after the decongestion phase
- Chronic swelling of the foot
- Foot swelling as part of whole-leg lymphedema
- Self-managed compression where the level needs to change through the day
How to wear it
Position the wrap over the foot and forefoot and close the Velcro fasteners to the compression level advised by your therapist, then re-adjust during the day as swelling reduces. For the best result it is worn together with the ACS Light calf wrap, so compression is continuous from the foot to below the knee. It can be worn day and night as directed. Your therapist will confirm the correct size, length and target compression.
Important
The ACS Light is a medical device delivering high therapeutic compression, so the correct fit and target pressure must be set by a trained specialist. For the foot, it is strongly recommended to wear the matching calf wrap as well, since compressing the foot alone can push swelling upward.
