Adjustable compression around the knee

The Juzo ACS Light knee wrap is an adjustable compression system for the knee, designed for the decongestion phase of lymphedema therapy and for ongoing management. Instead of a fixed knitted garment, it uses short-stretch material closed with Velcro fasteners, so you can set the exact compression the knee needs and re-adjust it through the day as swelling reduces. It provides high working pressure with low resting pressure, the ideal profile for reducing lymphatic swelling, while allowing comfortable movement of the joint.

Easy to apply, even on your own

The knee wrap is designed to be easy to apply yourself, even with limited mobility or strength, with Velcro fasteners you can position and adjust without help. The especially wear-resistant material can be worn day and night. As the middle segment of the leg system, it sits between the thigh wrap and the calf wrap to give continuous compression across the knee, and combines with the other ACS Light leg segments and Juzo SoftCompress products for a complete lower-limb solution.

Sizes and colours

The knee wrap is available in standard sizes 1 to 5 (XS to XL), measured above and below the patella, and in Beige or Black. Because the fit is essential to how the compression works, measurements should be taken by a trained specialist.

How to wear it

Position the wrap over the knee and close the Velcro fasteners to the compression level advised by your therapist, then re-adjust during the day as swelling reduces. It can be worn day and night as directed. For continuous compression down the leg, it is worn between the ACS Light thigh wrap and calf wrap. Your therapist will confirm the correct size and target compression.
