The Juzo Classic Seamless leggings bring medical compression into a garment that looks and feels like everyday leggings. Made with Juzo's innovative seamless 3D knit, they conform precisely to the leg and deliver an even, well-defined pressure gradient with no seams to rub or irritate. The footless design leaves the foot free, which many wearers prefer, while giving firm, continuous compression from the waist down to the ankle.
These leggings are a favourite in lipedema care, and it is easy to see why: they combine genuine therapeutic compression with a comfort and appearance that make patients actually want to wear them every day, which is what makes compression therapy work. They are equally suited to lymphedema of the legs, to swelling and edema, and to recovery after liposuction, and even some vein patients prefer them for their comfortable, all-day feel. The fabric is thin, smooth, strong and breathable, giving a pleasant skin climate through the day, a real benefit in the UAE heat.
Available in compression class 2, in standard sizes 1 to 6 (XS to XXL), shaped for a woman's fit. Because a correct fit is essential to how compression works, measurements should be taken by a trained specialist.
Put the leggings on in the morning when swelling is lowest and wear them through the day as advised by your clinician. The seamless knit makes them straightforward to pull on. Confirm the correct fit at your fitting. For advanced lymphedema, fibrotic tissue, or higher compression needs, a custom-made flat-knit garment may be recommended instead.
Compression garments are a medical device, and the correct size and compression class matter for both safety and results. These leggings are compression class 2 and footless; if you also have swelling in the foot, an open-toe stocking with a toe cap or a custom garment may suit better.
