This Stage 1 BBL faja by Revee Italy is purpose-designed for the first phase of recovery after fat transfer, when protecting the grafted fat matters most. Its enlarged buttock openings keep direct compression off the newly transferred fat cells, safeguarding graft survival and your final shape, while the high back panel and firm front and lateral support deliver steady compression across the abdomen, back, flanks, thighs and calves where fat was harvested.
The extended mid-calf length makes it the right choice when donor liposuction reaches further down the legs, giving continuous compression past the knee with no gap for swelling to collect. A triple section of front hooks lets you fine-tune the fit as post-operative swelling changes, adjustable and removable straps keep the garment securely in place, Easy Slide fabric makes it simple to put on, and a wide hygienic opening keeps it practical for the day-and-night wear that Stage 1 requires. The latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against the skin throughout.

How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
Protecting the grafted fat is the priority during Stage 1. The enlarged buttock openings are designed for exactly this, but also follow your surgeon's guidance on sitting, BBL pillows, and sleeping position in the first weeks. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression on the donor areas.
