This body-style compression girdle by Revee Italy is purpose-designed for recovery after abdominoplasty, and is Revee's best-selling tummy tuck garment. Its defining feature is the side zip closure: all fastenings sit at your side, away from the front midline incision, so nothing presses, rubs or catches where you are most tender. Steady, even compression across the abdomen helps contain bruising and swelling while allowing the tissues to settle gradually, supporting smoother healing and helping prevent laxity and irregularities as your new contour takes shape.
The body-style closure means the garment stays put and can be worn 24 hours a day, firm abdominal and back support keeps compression consistent whether you are resting or moving, and adjustable, removable straps let you set the fit that works for you. Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression. The side closure is designed to protect your incision, but always confirm fit and wear time with your treating surgeon, especially in the first days after surgery.
