The Revee REV.0504 is a full-torso compression vest designed specifically for men recovering from 360 liposuction, gynecomastia (male chest) surgery, pectoral reconstruction or abdominoplasty. It wraps the chest, abdomen, flanks and back in firm, uniform compression, which is exactly what the body needs after circumferential procedures to contain bruising and swelling and let the tissues settle evenly.
Steady, even pressure across the whole torso helps reduce swelling and bruising in the first weeks, when it matters most, and encourages the skin to settle back smoothly onto the underlying tissue. That supports a more even final contour and helps prevent the laxity and surface irregularities that can follow surgery without proper compression.
The vest closes with a triple row of adjustable hooks at the front and over the shoulders, so you can fine-tune the compression as swelling changes and get a firm, personalised fit across different body shapes. A wide hygienic opening makes it practical for the near-continuous wear this stage requires, and the soft, hypoallergenic, non-toxic Lycra fabric stays comfortable against the skin through extended day-and-night use. Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Use the front and shoulder hooks to adjust the fit as swelling reduces. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Sizing is based on your body measurements taken before surgery, since your silhouette volume stays similar afterwards. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression. Always confirm fit and wear time with your treating surgeon, especially in the first days after surgery.
