The Lipo Revee REV.0108 is a post-operative compression garment designed for recovery after a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and buttock lipofilling. Its open buttock design (standard holes) keeps direct pressure off the newly transferred fat, protecting your results, while firm compression across the abdomen, thighs and legs supports the donor areas where fat was harvested. Steady, homogeneous compression reduces bruising and swelling and lets the tissues settle gradually, helping prevent laxity and surface irregularities.
This longer version extends down to the mid-calf, giving continuous compression well below the knee, ideal when liposuction reaches further down the legs. A triple section of front hooks lets you adjust compression as swelling changes, adjustable and removable straps keep the garment securely in place, and a wide hygienic opening makes it practical for 24-hour wear. Easy Slide fabric with a shiny inner surface makes it simple to put on, a real help for healthcare staff dressing you straight after surgery.
Made from certified, non-toxic, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty "Made in Italy" fabric, the garment shapes the buttocks, abdomen and thighs while staying comfortable through extended daily wear. Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. The open buttock design protects the grafted fat, so position it correctly over the buttocks. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Protecting the transferred fat is the priority in the first weeks after a BBL, so follow your surgeon's guidance on sitting, BBL pillows and sleeping position. Medical device sizing differs from regular clothing, so measure yourself before ordering. If between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression on the donor areas.
