It provides a smooth, uniform surface that simplifies the bandaging process while protecting sensitive or fragile skin from the high friction and pressure of multi-layer bandage systems. It is an essential tool for the modular treatment of venous leg ulcers (Ulcer Cruris), ensuring that wound dressings and pressure pads remain securely in place without shifting during the application of bandages.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove
