The Juzo ScarPad Strong is the thickest and firmest patch in the range, made from 100% medical-grade silicone at 1.9mm. It is designed for the most stubborn, raised hypertrophic scars, where the extra thickness delivers firmer, more sustained silicone contact to help flatten and soften scar tissue that lighter patches cannot fully manage. Silicone keeps the scar area from drying out and creates the ideal healing environment.

Large coverage in one piece

At 14 x 22 cm, the Strong is the largest single patch Juzo makes, covering broad areas of raised scarring in one piece. It can be cut to any shape and size to follow your scar precisely, and comes one patch per pack.

Made to work with compression

ScarPad Strong is designed to be used together with a compression garment for the best therapy results. Despite its strength it stays soft and unobtrusive, offers standard UV protection blocking at least 93% of UV, and can be worn for up to 23 hours a day. It is washable and reusable, so one patch lasts through weeks of therapy.

When to use it

Use ScarPad Strong as part of scar therapy, in combination with a compression garment, for:

• Stubborn, raised hypertrophic scars that need the firmest silicone
• Large areas of scarring on the abdomen, back, arm or leg
• Scars that have not responded enough to thinner silicone patches

How to use it

Clean and dry the skin, cut the patch to follow the shape of the scar if needed, and apply it directly over the closed scar. Wear it with your compression garment for up to 23 hours a day, and clean daily with Juzo ScarPad Cleaning Soap (included) to keep it hygienic and self-adhesive.

Important
