These compression sleeves by Revee Italy are designed for recovery after arm lift (brachioplasty) and arm liposuction. Connected in a bolero style across the back, the two sleeves hold each other in place without slipping down the arm, delivering steady, even compression from the shoulder to the forearm. That consistent pressure helps contain bruising and swelling while allowing the tissues to settle gradually, supporting smoother healing and helping prevent laxity and irregularities along the arm.
The details solve the classic problems of arm garments. An exclusive double adjustment system at the forearm avoids the tourniquet effect that traditional sleeves create when they grip too hard in one spot, while the adjustable velcro closure and two hook positions let you set the fit precisely as swelling changes. Easy Slide fabric makes the sleeves simple to put on even in the first days after surgery, and the latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against healing skin through day and night wear.

How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, typically several weeks, worn day and night for best results. Use the forearm adjustment to keep compression even without over-tightening. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
If you feel numbness, tingling or a tight band sensation at any point on the arm, re-adjust the forearm system rather than loosening the whole garment. If you are between two sizes, confirm the right fit with your surgeon or our team in Dubai.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove

Exchanges
Wrong size or a fault on arrival? Exchange within 24 hours of delivery — the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Because these garments are worn next to the skin, hygiene rules mean a returned one can’t be resold, so worn, washed or custom-made items can’t be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
