These compression sleeves by Revee Italy are designed for recovery after arm lift (brachioplasty) and arm liposuction, with a construction that adds security and coverage beyond a standard sleeve. The bolero connection across the back is completed by a front closure, with one strap above and one below the bust, anchoring the garment firmly around the chest so the sleeves cannot slip or rotate. That structure also extends gentle compression across the upper back and chest, making it the right choice when arm surgery is combined with liposuction of the back or axilla area.
Steady, even compression from shoulder to forearm helps contain bruising and swelling while allowing the tissues to settle gradually, supporting smoother healing and helping prevent laxity and irregularities. How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, typically several weeks, worn day and night for best results. Fasten both front straps for a secure fit, and use the forearm adjustment to keep compression even without over-tightening. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
If you feel numbness, tingling or a tight band sensation at any point on the arm, re-adjust the forearm system rather than loosening the whole garment. If you are between two sizes, confirm the right fit with your surgeon or our team in Dubai.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove

Exchanges
Wrong size or a fault on arrival? Exchange within 24 hours of delivery — the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Because these garments are worn next to the skin, hygiene rules mean a returned one can’t be resold, so worn, washed or custom-made items can’t be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
