This full-length compression bodysuit by Revée Italy wraps the full torso, front and back, and continues down the entire leg from under the bust to the ankles. It is the most extensive garment in the line: raised back panel for circumferential (360) compression, and full-leg coverage for procedures that reached the calves and lower legs.
Choose it when both are true — the back was treated and the work continued below the knee. If the legs were treated but the back was not, the standard full-length garment covers the same span without the raised panel; if the back was treated but the lower legs were not, the knee or below-knee bodysuits are the shorter equivalents. It also suits recovery after abdominoplasty and abdominal lipostructure.
A triple section of front hooks lets you fine-tune compression as swelling changes, and adjustable removable straps, Easy Slide fabric and a wide hygienic opening keep it practical for all-day and overnight wear. The latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against the skin. Classified as a medical device and made in Italy.

How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
Sizing is based on your body measurements taken before surgery, since your silhouette volume stays similar afterwards. The thigh and mid-thigh measurements matter most for this garment. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression. Always confirm fit and wear time with your treating surgeon.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove

Exchanges
Wrong size or a fault on arrival? Exchange within 24 hours of delivery — the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Because these garments are worn next to the skin, hygiene rules mean a returned one can’t be resold, so worn, washed or custom-made items can’t be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
