The Revee REV.031 is a longer men's compression vest that extends beyond the chest to also support the flanks and abdomen. It is the right choice when gynecomastia surgery is combined with liposuction of the flanks or abdomen, or after torsoplasty, giving firm, uniform compression across the whole upper body in one garment. That consistent pressure contains swelling and bruising and helps the tissues settle evenly for a smoother, flatter result.

Surgeon-designed, with X-shape support

Developed in collaboration with Prof. Ilaria Baldelli, a researcher in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the University of Genoa, the vest combines double chest support with an additional X-shape support panel for extra stability across the torso. Three rows of front hooks and adjustable Velcro shoulder straps let you set the compression precisely and adjust it as swelling reduces, while the Easy Slide fabric makes it simple to put on.

How to wear it

Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Use the front hooks and shoulder straps to adjust the fit as swelling reduces. Many patients keep a second vest of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
