Adjustable compression for the hand

The Juzo ACS Light hand wrap is an adjustable compression system for the hand, designed for the decongestion phase of lymphedema therapy and for ongoing management. Rather than a fixed knitted glove, it uses short-stretch material closed with Velcro fasteners, so you can set the exact compression the hand needs and re-adjust it through the day as swelling changes. It provides high working pressure with low resting pressure, the ideal profile for reducing lymphatic swelling across the back of the hand.

Easy to apply, even on your own

Strong compression on the hand is often hard to put on, especially when the hand itself is affected. The ACS Light hand wrap is designed to be easy to apply yourself, even with limited mobility or strength, with Velcro fasteners you can position and adjust one-handed. The especially wear-resistant material can be worn day and night, and the hand wrap combines seamlessly with the ACS Light arm wrap and with Juzo SoftCompress products for complete upper-limb coverage.

Sizes and colours

The hand wrap is available in standard sizes 1 to 4 (XS to L), measured over the knuckles, and in Beige or Black. Because the fit is essential to how the compression works, measurements should be taken by a trained specialist.

How to wear it

Position the wrap over the hand and close the Velcro fasteners to the compression level advised by your therapist, then re-adjust during the day as swelling reduces. It can be worn day and night as directed. When the arm is also affected, it is worn together with the ACS Light arm wrap for continuous compression from hand to upper arm. Your therapist will confirm the correct size and target compression.
