Compression where a stocking leaves off
The Juzo Classic Seamless toe cap completes your compression therapy by covering the one area an open-toe stocking cannot: the toes and forefoot. Lymphoedema often causes swelling right down into the toes, and this seamless toe piece delivers gentle, even compression across the forefoot to help control that swelling, worn together with your open-toe compression stocking or garment.
Seamless comfort on a sensitive area
Made with Juzo's innovative seamless 3D knit, the toe cap has no seams to rub or press between the toes, where skin is thin and easily irritated. The fabric is thin, soft, strong and breathable, giving a pleasant skin climate through the day, a real benefit in the UAE heat, and it is easy to slip on over the toes.
Shaped for the correct foot
The toe cap is anatomically shaped for the left or right foot, so it sits correctly and comfortably over the toes. It is available in compression class 1 or 2, with CCL 2 the most commonly chosen for the forefoot, and comes in Beige (our usual stock colour) or Black.
When to use it
Use the Classic Seamless toe cap, together with an open-toe compression garment, for:
- Lymphedema affecting the toes and forefoot
- Swelling of the foot not covered by an open-toe stocking
- Maintaining compression across the whole foot in early-stage oedema
How to use it
Choose the toe cap shaped for the correct foot, left or right, and confirm the compression class with your clinician (CCL 2 is common for the forefoot). Put it on in the morning when swelling is lowest, positioned over the toes and forefoot, then wear your open-toe compression stocking or garment over the foot as normal. Wear through the day and remove at night unless advised otherwise.
Important
The toe cap is designed to be worn alongside a compression garment, not on its own. For advanced lymphedema of the foot or fibrotic tissue, a custom-made flat-knit Juzo garment may be recommended instead. Speak to our certified Juzo fitter in Dubai to confirm the right combination for your stage.
