Robust support for arm lymphedema
The Juzo Dynamic compression arm sleeve is the specialist choice for the treatment of arm lymphedema and related swelling. Built from a resistant, opaque circular-knit fabric with a subtle mesh design, it delivers high, uniform working pressure for reliable, effective therapy, while standing up to daily wear far better than lighter garments. It is ideal for experienced wearers and anyone who needs dependable, long-term compression on the arm.
Stays securely in place
The version we stock comes with Juzo's thin Balance silicone border (3.5 cm), a soft, breathable band that grips gently at the top of the sleeve so it stays put through the day without slipping or rolling down. The knit gives uniform pressure distribution from the wrist up the arm, and its durable construction holds its shape and support wash after wash.
Made in Germany to Juzo's highest standards, the Dynamic is Oeko-Tex certified, silicone-free in the knit, free of plasticisers, and finished with hand-made seams for an anatomical, comfortable fit. Available in compression class 1 or 2 in standard sizes.
Also available by order
For higher needs, the Dynamic sleeve can be ordered in compression class 3, as a custom-made garment for a precise individual fit, and as the Juzo Dynamic Silver variant, which knits an antibacterial silver thread throughout to soothe skin that is often irritated, itchy or sore. Ask our specialist in Dubai to arrange any of these.
Recommended for
- Lymphedema of the arm
- Post-surgical swelling of the arm, including after breast cancer treatment
- Chronic oedema of the upper limb
- Maintenance compression for the arm in ongoing therapy
How to wear it
Put the sleeve on in the morning when swelling is lowest, easing it up the arm so the compression sits evenly, and position the silicone border comfortably at the top. Wear it through the day and remove at night unless your clinician advises otherwise. The correct compression class should be confirmed at fitting. Replace roughly every six months, as compression naturally fades with wear and washing.
Important
Compression sleeves are a medical device, and the right compression class and size are essential for both safety and results. The sleeve is often prescribed together with a matching gauntlet or glove when the hand is also affected. Book a fitting with our certified Juzo specialist in Dubai to confirm the right combination for your stage.
