Exchanges
Wrong size or a fault on arrival? Exchange within 24 hours of delivery — the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Because these garments are worn next to the skin, hygiene rules mean a returned one can’t be resold, so worn, washed or custom-made items can’t be exchanged.
